Blueberry Banana Smoothie

This was super good. And relatively filling. The texture of the banana make this a bit creamy even without using fun stuff like yogurt or ice cream.

2 cups of ice
1 cup of fat free milk (or the full fat if you are a skinny b***h)
1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
2 small bananas or 1 large banana
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp of cinnamon
(would also be good with a bit of peanut butter but didn’t have any)

Put it all in a blender and zap it til its all smooth. Sprinkly extra cinnamon on top.
