My restaurant
I have this idea for a restaurant. It’d be a tapas bar. Basically all just small plates of appetizers/cheese/etc and a wine bar. I imagine it as a long narrow space, bar on the right with chairs and then tall standing tables, like cocktail tables. The tapas/appetizers would be italian/spanish influence with a similar bar. Becca and I were bouncing names off ea other……we are trying to come up with something that would (hopefully) be a little bit funny when you say it, like Confession, so then you can say I’m going to Confession, or the post office, etc. most are completely just for fun and/or ludicrous:

or it could be something like, when places are named “the gym” so that they can say, oh hun im just going to the gym
