chicken pot pie was a success! Although, I added a few tbsp’s of water to the mixture bc it looked too thick to me. I should have let it be good and thick, cuz it was a little to runny right out of the oven. but when i let it sit it was great. Good recipe, below and you dont have to have lil’ crocks to do the pot pie, you can just use a pie dish.
